Concept 2
Building on the concepts of customization and movement, this design allows users to pull strings to adjust the lamp's direction as needed.
Development Combined Concept
Originally, my first design focused on creating a fun, interactive experience, allowing users to tilt the lamp to direct light.
Later, I drew inspiration from the twisting patterns of Japanese bamboo baskets and the hyperboloid shape, incorporating these elements to enhance the interactive experience and bring a unique, visually striking form to the design.
Concept 1
Inspired by a Japanese lantern, I aimed to create a lamp with a dynamic design that allows the user to rotate it and direct the light exactly where it's needed.
